Additional online research

I saw this picture from the book which led me thinking did the Queen use the umbrella as part of her accessories like the Brise fan. If so, then I can add one more item for the paper doll. But after researching, the answer is no. In 18th-century court life, a queen like Marie Antoinette almost never carried her own umbrella or parasol. For a royal woman, carrying such an item herself would have been considered too practical and beneath her rank—similar to how she did not carry her own fan box, chair, or even clothing at ceremonial events. A servant or attendant would hold it to shade her, especially outdoors at places like Petit Trianon, the gardens, or promenades.
